CraigNimmo

I’m a Head of IT who builds the systems myself.

Fifteen years running enterprise IT across manufacturing, FMCG and retail. Board-level judgement, and live products I wrote and run.

The builds

The builds

Things I’ve designed, written and shipped.

Two are public products you can open right now and a third is working in private. The rest run inside the businesses that use them.

The live Chronomancer website: bid-based rostering software for casual shift crews

Chronomancer

Bid-based rostering for casual shift crews. Crews bid for named shifts from a single link; managers allocate, confirm and run the night from a phone. Multi-tenant and white-label, with Spookers Haunted House in Auckland as the first customer.

My own product. Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, AWS SMS

The live Rebuff website: raid analytics for World of Warcraft guilds

Rebuff

Raid analytics for World of Warcraft guilds. It reconciles every pull from Warcraft Logs against the roster and shows why the wipes happened. I built it for my own raid team first; payments are live.

My own product. Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, Warcraft Logs API

Heraldmancer, an AI mail chief of staff: the People screen, with each mailbox in shadow or live mode

Heraldmancer

An AI chief of staff for email. It reads incoming mail, sorts it, drafts replies, accepts or declines meeting invites and filters out spam and low-priority mail. A shadow mode records what it would do before anyone lets it act. I built the first version in n8n, then rebuilt it as durable workflows on DBOS.

My own product. DBOS, Postgres, Azure, Teams bots
